I know a McDonald's is a McDonald's, but everytime I've been to that restaurant the service was well below average. It took forever to order, I waited 10-15 minutes to get a sundae, even longer if you want to order something like a McWrap.
Staff seems to really not care, you see a lot of them outside smoking. I guess this is a poorly managed restaurant. Drive another 5 minutes and go to Le Plateau it may save you some time at the end. -

Every single time my wife and I attend this particular McD we experience at least one issue. Last night was no exception. We arrived at 9pm only to find that the doors were locked. An exiting patron mentioned they had just closed for the night. I mean... huh?!? A Saturday night and they closed at 9?!? WTF?!? Seriously, who ever heard of a fast-food joint closing at 9pm -- especially on a Saturday?!? We could see that there were plenty of patrons still inside seated down finishing off their food, so obviously it wasn't an issue out of their control forcing its closure for the day, therefore, that must be their actual hours. Without going into a long tirade of problems we've experience at that location, let me just say that we agree totally with the other negative reviews posted here. This restaurant's management/ownership is by far and away the very worse we've seen anywhere.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's it is absolute garbage!!!! Like honestly it's a McDonald's, you don't expect quality food of course but I mean it can't be rocket science to cook a burger and fries. Many friends including myself live in the area and every time we go to this location we are bound to either have a burger that's freezing cold/not cooked and soggy/cold/overcooked fries. I am not a picky eater at all but this is beyond a doubt the worst service and food imaginable. Clearly the owner(s) does not care about serving customers at this location and does not care to lose customers. I know to many people who have stopped going here completely and just go to the McDonald's up the road on boulevard des grives. The McDonald's there is what you would expect from a McDonald's.

Food quality acceptae as it's controlled by the requirements of McDonald's. As for service if you go in the evening.well expect it to be filty as the yoing generation of staff are busy playing instead of working. During the day the.staff are majority elders and very upgoing. That is except the one called Ginette, she's quite the number and miserable...she just can't crack a smile, so you don't feel welcome.
